Easy Step-by-Step Guide
🧤 Materials Needed

DTF transfer print
-
Garment (e.g., t-shirt, hoodie)

Heat press machine

Teflon sheet or parchment paper

Lint roller (optional)

Heat-resistant tape (optional)
🔧 Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Prepare the Garment

Wash the garment beforehand (optional but recommended).

Use a lint roller to remove dust, lint, or debris.

Pre-press the garment for 5–10 seconds at 300–320°F (150–160°C) to remove moisture and wrinkles.
2. Position the DTF Transfer
-
Place the DTF transfer film (print side down) on the garment.

Align it carefully using a ruler or alignment tool.
-
Use heat-resistant tape to hold it in place if needed.
3. Heat Press Settings
-
Temperature: 300–320°F (150–160°C)
-
Pressure: Medium to firm
-
Time: 15–20 seconds
4. Press the Transfer
-
Cover the transfer with a Teflon sheet or parchment paper.

Close the heat press and apply pressure for the recommended time.
5. Cool Peel
-
Let the film cool completely before peeling.

Slowly peel the film cold to avoid lifting the design.
6. Final Press (Optional but Recommended)

Cover the design with a Teflon sheet again.

Press for 5–10 seconds to improve durability and finish.
🧼 Aftercare Tips

Wait 24 hours before washing.

Wash inside out with cold water.

Avoid bleach and fabric softeners.

Tumble dry low or hang dry.
